Your order is not considered accepted until TheKaraHan provides confirmation of acceptance. We must receive and process your payment for your order to be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. TheKaraHan may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only under our Return Policy.

Once we transfer products to the shipping company, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

However, all sales and purchases made in our store are conducted directly with TheKaraHan.
